Why should I do Yoga?

​"I can't even touch my toes!" I hear it all the time... but whether you can or not, it actually has little to do with Yoga.

The science of Yoga is a path leading to greater mindfulness and well-being. Through breathwork, movement, concentration and visualization -  the body, mind and spirit are fully engaged on this journey.  ​You will rediscover your ability to live in the moment - improving your sense of connection, to self and others.

Through yoga we connect to the great strengths within our core -physical, mental & emotional.  You will improve your ability to manage stress, be honest with yourself and trust that you can let that strength radiate into all you do
