BREATH, MOVE, REST
Each class is a complete yogic practice including: breath-work to center the mind, postures to challenge the body, and meditation to restore the spirit. Corinne teaches in the classical style in which she was taught in India.
Available in Private classes that you can schedule to take with friends, or one on one. This will allow Corinne to get to know your level and interest. A great way to begin practicing yoga, or to dive more deeply into your practice.
Wear comfy clothes that you can move in. Bring a mat if you have one, or borrow one of ours. We have water and lots of props.
