Experience the calming effects of anti-gravity while practicing meditation.
Learn a variety of meditation techniques in each class that will help you find ways to practice Mindfulness. From body scans to guided visualizations, mantra and Yoga Nidra -- all approached from the place of awareness and non-judging. You will use things like breath focus and visualization to create a connection to each moment.
Available in Private/Shared classes, in-person or virtual (can be done with or without a hammock, based on what you have available at home).
